Is this workshop virtual or in-person?

We can provide this workshop in either format, but most venues do virtual via Zoom since it’s easier to schedule and more cost effective.

How long does this workshop last?

From start to finish, we can complete the full workshop in 3 hours. We are efficient with our time to make sure we deliver the most value possible in a short period of time.

Is this workshop for managers, or for the full staff?

This workshop is designed specifically for owners, managers, and supervisors (up to 10 total people). Everyone who is a part of your leadership team will learn the tools, and then they can teach those tools to the front-line staff.

I'm the owner. Should I participate in the workshop?

If you are an owner who actively participates in the operations of your venue, then we highly recommend you participate. This way you understand the tools your team is learning. Plus you can grow your own communication skills!
