Action Lab Leadership, a service company who helps FEC leaders eliminate overwhelm and grow their businesses, became an official training partner for the Monster Mini Golf franchise.
Action Lab Leadership developed a 12-week leadership training program for managers at Monster Mini Golf locations. The franchise owners (Chris King, Nick Mastrandrea, Holly Hernandez, and Alex Gonzalez) sent managers from their own locations through the training to see the results before opening the program to all locations.
When asked about why he partnered with Action Lab Leadership, Chris King shared this.

Once the franchise owners saw these results, they were ready to share the program with all the franchise locations at the annual Monster Mini Golf Conference in September. During this event, Danny Gruening — the Founder of Action Lab Leadership — delivered a presentation to help the franchisees and managers become more influential leaders. He also facilitated a roundtable discussion where managers discovered ways to overcome challenges with staff members.
