We are Action Lab Leadership, a new sister company from Creative Works. We acquired the Amusement 360 event series and are announcing leadership training services for the amusement industry.
We are a new venture by Danny Gruening, Armando Lanuti, and Kimberly Schilling of Creative Works, a leading manufacturer of location-based entertainment attractions. We are the first of several sister companies, designed to deliver services beyond Creative Works’ scope of immersive attraction fabrication
Our team is taking over planning and hosting the Amusement 360 event series. These events were started by Creative Works in 2011, providing education to help existing operators and new startups build more profitable businesses. The 2024 year saw record registration, with more than 230 entrepreneurs in attendance between the April and September events. We will work closely with Creative Works to continue delivering the amazing experience people have come to expect from this event.

Danny Gruening will operate our company while maintaining his current role at Creative Works. Danny is an expert on personal development and business strategy who works with 7-figure entrepreneurs to improve their businesses. He’s using this experience to build the coaching services at Action Lab Leadership.
