Organizers for the Mid-South Theatre Convention contracted Danny Gruening, the Founder of Action Lab Leadership, to deliver a leadership keynote presentation at their event on April 28-30, 2025.
Danny’s presentation is called Beyond Achievement: Create Fulfillment in Business and Life. During his 45 minutes on stage, Danny will identify the steps to become a leader who celebrates wins and creates sustainable fulfillment, while creating a positive impact throughout the organization.
Motivation is overrated and short-lived.
Malco Theatres is the cinema partner for the event. The company’s Senior Vice President, Larry Etter, first saw Danny speak at the Dine In Cinema Summit in February 2025. When asked why he wanted to hire Danny for this keynote role, this is how he responded.
